Mature Tarantino having fun and basically take himself and cinema more seriously by not taking himself and cinema too seriously.
It still baffles me how he became so cool and how he can attract this good a cast in this gory crap of a copycat. He is original solely in the brazenness with which he pastes stuff stolen from others.
Way too long for a movie, saying that I watched it till the end.
