I loved this film for all that it is. It isn't supposed to be a hard to watch drama, but it also isn't a straight up comedy. It's a brilliantly written dramatic satire of a tired genre(the western).
It's surreal, and larger than life feel, brilliant performances make this one of Tarantino's finest pieces of work.
