This movie is in my top 8 favorite movies of all time, and for a great reason. The dialogue, Cinematography, direction, and acting. This movie takes place two years before the Civil war. The main character Django is freed by a german bounty hunter Dr, King shultz.
Shultz promises Django after they kill the Brittle brothers to go and find Django's wife from a mississipi plantation owner, Calvin Candy.
