Review of Django Unchained (2012) by Brad Y — 10 Jan 2016
Bounty hunter paradise, the south-state U.S. Christopher Waltz working as a ultra-ballsy reward-killer in the infamous 19th century slavery central. Tagging along with Jamie Foxx they make a superb and unusual duo, as Foxx is a freeman and also a bounty-hunter.
Forcing through prejustice and racism, they suddenly are on the mission of reunited love between Django and his wife. Tarantion presents again a detailed and well-written crazy script, taking a endless piss on the bourgeois settlement back in the day.
Nutty and utterly bloody.
