Chick flick? Its about a group of friends helping someone heal a troublesome history with her mother so that she can be available in her relationship. Since when is that not important for everyone to do? Yeah, okay, it's a "chick flick" but it's something I enjoy, too.
I thought the serious silliness of the initiation ceremonies was especially well done as was the use of flashbacks to tell the stories.
