Review of Divergent (2014) by Sinadoom — 23 Mar 2015
Good movie. Feels epic in style, quite grand. It is gripping right from the start, and has an interesting theme and universe. However, the characters and factions are not explored in sufficient depth. It has great potential and the world and camera angles are fabulous.
However, the story is lacklustre at best and, to be honest, not much happens given its length. The directors should've spent more time exploring the backstory.
