Taking its plot from Escape From New York, throwing in a little Assault on Precinct 13, this is an entertaining bit of fluff. The plot and characters are secondary to the action, which is simply brilliant.
The free-running is outstanding and gasp-inducing on many occassions. Its cartoony nonsense, but mostly inoffensive (save for a OUCH! moments).
