Luc Besson, director of La Femme Nikita, incredible action, action, action.
Hitman meets Crank meets Fast & the Furious with a bit of the Transporter thrown in for a slightly extra kick. Good-cop buddy picture.
There's absolutely no reason to use your brain when watching this movie, it all unfolds before you. Ah, synchronized aerobatic martial arts while trying to save the city and the girl. Doesn't get much better.
