If your "action" movie is going to have a ridiculous storyline... horrible acting and hysterical dubbing then at least the "action" quotient had better be absolutely "mind-blowing" in order to compensate.
DISTRICT B-13 demands that you leave your brain at the door... this one is worth it for the sheer joy of watching tremendous amounts of gravity-defying Parkour and wince-inducing stunts.
There's almost nothing resembling a story here... but DISTRICT B-13 has nicer than needed cinematography that adds an incredible amount of charm to the production and the frenetic pacing will ensure your finger-tips develop callouses from hitting the rewind button on your DVD remote as often as you will.
If you go in expecting a mindless actioner... you'll come out MORE than satisfied (in a very good way).
