Review of District B13 (2004) by Doug F — 06 Apr 2011

I thought that this was a great movie. I especially loved the street running scenes. I had no idea that this movie existed until I did a google search for top netflix instant and this was toward the top.

Without a doubt the new Bond movies must have taken a queue from this movie especially the first one. The long free running takes and non-stop action also reminiscent of District B13. A down fall of the movie is that it is in French with sometimes fast-moving subtitles that I can image must is lost in translation.

I would like to see a dubbed version so that I may be able to focus completely on the screen and not have to be reading the whole time.
