Intense & original science-fiction film that proves you can have a brain while delivering fast-paced action. While the film suffers slightly from two-dimensional villians & a somewhat unresolved ending (though the final image is heartbreaking), it shows director Neil Blompkamp is a major talent who really needs to get the "Halo" job as originally intended.
