The first District 13 film â?? aka the free running movie â?? was one of Luc Bessonâ??s better productions with some outstanding action sequences. The sequel, another Besson screenplay, offers more of the same with diminishing returns.
Damien (Raffaelli) and Leito (Belle) team up again to tackle the corrupt DISS who are creating conflict in D13 so they have a reason to flatten and redevelop the area. Itâ??s a retread of the original with plenty of action but nothing that improves on the first film.
