This is the hand I'll shove down your throat if you don't shut up.

Leito still resides in District B13 but has not seen any of the changes promised to him three years ago when he first worked with Capt. Damien Tomaso to bring down a drug lord. Leito currently works with a group of Jamaican war lords to bring down corrupt organization in District 13. Capt. Damien Tomaso is still working with a special government organization; but when he gets too close to a secret government operation, he is framed as the primary suspect and placed in jail. Leito will need to save Capt. Damien Tomaso and bring down another corrupt government agency.

"We didn't kill him on purpose. I swear.".

"Tell that to his mother.".

Patrick Alessandrin, director of Mean Spirits, August 15th, and Femmes, delivers B13-U (District B13-Ultimatum). The storyline for this picture is on par, if not better, than the first picture. The action sequences were wonderful and well choreographed. The story and action scenes presented in these pictures are unique and a step above most films in this genre. The soundtrack is excellent and the acting is solid.

"A government that doesn't keep its promises? Wow, that's rare.".

I adored District B13 upon its release and was excited about this film since it involved the same cast members and Luc Besson (Leon: The Professional) returned as the writer. The script and plot for this film was as interesting as the previous picture and the action choreography remains fresh and original. These films bring a new element to the martial arts genre. I strongly recommend seeing this film if you were a fan of the first movie.
