Review of District 13: Ultimatum (2009) by Carlos B — 18 May 2010
Highly anticipated sequel to the classic 2006 ( underrated!) french action film. Now this movie I must admit does has a more solid storyline than the original. The 2 main characters of the first film really pull their weight here and yet something was missing and that is the action sequences.
The first one was such a fun fresh ride and this one, well, it simply seems too staged.The movie also had way too many new characters that you simply didn't cared for. Still, is a must for fans of the first one.
