Review of District 13: Ultimatum (2009) by Ian P — 19 May 2010
It felt like they were focusing a little more on making an actual movie this time and a little less on insane action. Hard to say though, I didn't rewatch the first in preparation. My biggest complaint is the generic sounding hip hop score, which makes a seemingly decent budgeted movie feel cut rate.
