Review of District 13: Ultimatum (2009) by Andrew P — 20 May 2010
Whereas the first film focused more on action than story, this sequel puts more emphasis on the story, even if it's still a little loose. Too bad because even the action sequences here feel tame. Sure, there's running and fights, but it doesn't touch the eye-opening wonder of the first one.
If there is a third one, here's hoping they get back to jumping and keep the running time under 90 minutes.
