Tepid sequel which doesn't manage to recapture the same imagination and creative free-running stunts as the original. The script is thinner and even more dumbed-down than part 1, but you don't watch these films for the plot, you watch them for french men leaping off tall buildings.
Its a watchable, cheesy, shallow actioner.
