Review of Disclosure (1994) by Bryan W — 10 Jan 2011
By no means a standout Crichton film and certainly easily forgettable for having too much in common with Douglas' other erotic thrillers, this film nevertheless rewards its viewing experience with satisfying predictability and solid performances.
It's not the kind of film you go out of your way to see, but it's an interesting artifact of the mid-nineties movie attempts to capture the technological zeitgeist, thus instantly dating them; thankfully, the suspense of business power plays overpower the cheesy but understandable 3D usage.
It's a great movie to put on while you're busy doing work; you won't miss much by looking away, but you'll never be bored.
