The latest spoof film from Jason Friedberg and Aaron Seltzer, responsible for such cinematic dreck as Scary Movie, Epic Movie and Meet the Spartans. I experienced a strange sensation while watching Disaster Movie- enjoyment.
Sure, it was complete crap, full of lame pop culture references, crude humour and bad puns, but I enjoyed it. I even laughed a few times. I laughed at the High School Musical parody. I laughed at the Juno spoofing.
I laughed at the feral Alvin and the Chipmonks. Now i'm ashamed.
