Pretty close to as bad as it can possibly get. Likely the worst parody movie I've ever seen. The only fun you can squeeze out of this is to figure out who/what they try to mimic, and to do so faster than your neighbor.

and before they simply say it themselves. Save your money. Go look at an almost empty intersection and watch the lights change instead. Just as entertaining, and a lot cheaper.
