No, it's not a good movie. I might go so far as to say its a terrible movie. Norm McDonald can't act his way out of a burning paper bag and the plot is terribly thin.
But if this is your kind of humor (as it is mine) then you will not stop laughing. The first time I saw this, I cried. And even now when I watch it, I still giggle at every joke.
