This movie is so awesome that it gets 5 stars despite the fact that it sucked. Saget clearly doesn't know how to direct, but the bits are just so good that it doesn't matter. Norm is easily the most underrated comedic personality ever.
The guy is just constantly funny. To this day, this is probably the only movie ever that makes me laugh in every single scene. Also one of the most quotable movies ever.
