Review of Dirty Rotten Scoundrels (1988) by Sindhu S — 30 Jan 2013

I am not particularly attracted towards con movies because conning is not cute, as charming as they make it seem to be. My beef lies with the selection of victims, always naive women in love with the idea that their prince charming is just out there waiting to rescue them.

Dirty Rotten Scoundrel though has a twist in the end, yet themes of women victimized make me uneasy. Bedtime Story on the other hand is softer with it's ending reaffirming the good in men.
