Review of Dirty Pretty Things (2002) by Nayf H — 16 Oct 2007
You can probably guess why I got this but I won't use Audrey Tautou as a means for being biased/partial when talking about this film.
It was great, pretty dark, but really moving & an interesting insite into the immigrant culture of London.you could really sympathise with the characters, like Okwe who had to flee his country b'cos of the corrupt government & ended up working all the hours of the day,it really showed that he was a good guy when he made sure that Audrey wasn't caught by the immigration police at the hotel & that he only wanteed to have enough money to return to see his daughter.
