1969 Lime Green Dodge Charger vs Jet Ranger Helicopter. Almost enough in itself quite frankly. It's neither deep, meaningful or particularly well performed. It is however well shot and is replete with bitchin muscle car stunt action (with Fonda behind the wheel) and some sassy dialogue.
Great fun.
