The message I'm getting from this film is that our whole "innocent until proven guilty" thing is totally fucked up so TAKE HIS BADGE SAN FRANCISCO. TAKE IT AND KEEP IT WITH YOUR KILLER FRIENDLY POLITICAL SYSTEM THAT YOU APPARENTLY RUN FROM THIS SMALL BODY OF WATER. Clint Eastwood is my hero. A+. We potrero hill boys gotta stick together.
