Classic Eastwood crime-drama has Clint as the notorious SF inspector who's pitted against a psychotic extortionist and bureaucratic red tape . Solid story, super-cool Eastwood presence, and a fantastic performance by Andy Robinson as the killer with a number of screws loose make this the best in the "Dirty Harry" series.
Harry's highly memorable lines stand out too!
