Review of Dirty Grandpa (2016) by James W — 19 Jul 2016
With a name like 'dirty grandpa' you definitely know what you're going to get and the film follows through. Crude jokes and foul language are plentyfull .One benefit of this for Zach Efron will be that he can boast of co starring in a film with Robert DeNiro ,however I wonder how many more bad comedies Zac Efron can manage as the track record isn't very good.
Like most films there are good jokes and bad jokes and many stupid references that you think cannot really be classified as a joke, most of the background characters are boring and unfunny however Pam is probably the one character you will remember maybe that's just because of how over the top he is but Pam is a funny character.
The plot is cliched and you will definitely know what's going to happen by about 20 minutes into the film. Many unfunny gags and the predictable plot bring it down, but if a film called dirty grandpa appeals to you, then you'll probably find it quite amusing.
