1 star for the image of Robert De Niro masturbating that will never be erased from my memory, 1 star for Jason Mantzoukas' performance as Pam, the loveable drug peddler, and 1 star for the level of crudeness achieved.
Far from a comedic masterpiece, but enough to satisfy your cock and ball joke needs. Don't trust seagulls.
