Review of Dirty Dancing: Havana Nights (2004) by Cheryl M — 16 Jul 2008
One of my all time favourites for sure. Has not been so well received in the press - maybe as the first one was so popular. If you stop comparing it to the first you might enjoy it, after all it isn't really a sequel.
Feels like your on holiday in Cuba: great dancing, music, sun and romance. I love the soundtrack and you will too if you like Latin music. Plot veers away from the actual dancing towards the end and touches on politics which is a shame as the dancing is Great and it should have more in it! Diego Luna is too cute lol he has that boyish charm about him.
:).
