Review of Dinosaur (2000) by Jacob B — 04 Nov 2018
Most Disney fans talk about how underrated this movie is and I can't say I disagree with them. Yeah, the plot is generic and the characters don't have the most complex of personalities but Dinosaur is still a visually stunning, tense adventure with decent voice acting, James Newton Howard's AWESOME and I mean AWESOME score, a likable protagonist and the backgrounds.
They're incredibly well-animated for a movie that came out in 2000, so much so that it's not animation at all. That's right, the backgrounds are live-action. Dinosaur is entertaining but I think it could've been better if the animals didn't talk.
