Review of Dinosaur (2000) by Bryan S — 06 Jan 2009

Here is a brief summary of the movie. Dinosaurs walk, small dinosaur falls down, dinosaurs walk some more, old dinosaurs fall behind, dinosaurs walk some more, bad dinosaur shows up and eats other dinosaurs, dinosaurs walk some more.

It may have some good GGI elements to it but this film is little more than a simple story that really doesn't have more than two layers to it. While I appreciate the point of the story about sticking together and doing the right thing instead of looking out for yourself I wish Disney would have put more into the film instead of giving me Dinosaurs walking for 45 minutes of a 90 minute film. In my opinion Ice Age is the better prehistoric quest movie.
