Review of Dinner for Schmucks (2010) by Liz G — 13 Aug 2011
This is one clear example why remakes have a bad name. Surely, most Americans remain unaware that the original movie is a french film. Even still, it has a bad rating. The truth is the movie drags along, and even though I usually enjoy watching Paul Rudd, this movie turned into a bore.
Had a few moments of laughter, yes. But not worth wasting your time. If possible, rent Le Diner de Cons and have a true laugh.
