In my opinion it is quite probably the best romantic film ever made, and probably the best movie I have ever seen. The acting and music are perfect (although the fight scene at the end is typical Bollywood) and the two lead actors have a chemistry that Hollywood actors just can't match.
It may be a long film but you just get caught up in the story. And Amrish Puri as the angry father is classic cinema. Just watch it!
