Review of Digimon: The Movie (2000) by Alexandria G — 13 Nov 2012

To be honest I did love watching Digimon when I was younger because I thought it was fun and it had some good animation, but this movie was really terrible. first off I gotta say, if you have never watched the Digimon show then you should not watch this movie because you will not understand it at all.

This movie has a lot of back stories of the characters, but at the same time there's three totally different stories and to be honest if you haven't watch the show you will get very confused. Personally, I think if you like the show you should still skip this movie because this movie is just awful.

The animation is ugly, the characters are bland and all the slap stick cartoon humor is just stupid. I actually still like the Digimon TV show, even though it is very cheesy, but this movie is way beyond cheesy.

Kids will probably like this movie, but everyone else should skip it, especially fans of the show.
