Review of Die Hard: With a Vengeance (1995) by Rob M — 02 Sep 2017
The third installment in the Die Hard franchise takes us to New York City and the subway system is the target of seemingly random bombings. Bruce Willis and Samuel L. Jackson keep some of the momentum going as an odd couple and Jeremy Irons does what he can as the lead antagonist, but pales in comparison to Alan Rickman.
The whole thing is filled with action and loud explosions but the premise is not as enthralling as the first two and neither is the sense of urgency.
