Bruce Willis looks tired and beaten, but that's perfect for this intense action movie that throws tons of stuff at you and doesn't give you time to think about whether it makes any sense or not! Samuel L Jackson is along for the ride for reasons difficult to explain, but he helps bring the funny attitude of the first film back! The summer time New York setting help keep this outing from being just another Die Hard movie.
