Review of Die Hard: With a Vengeance (1995) by Daxton M — 03 Jul 2013
Die Hard with a vengeance. Yes, the title has literal meaning in the film. This is an extremely underrated movie and beats the hell out of Die Hard 2. This one takes a different direction from the first two films, instead of being stuck in a skyscraper or an airport John Mclane is being ran all over NYC in an attempt to halt another terrorists plot, led by none other Simon Gruber portrayed by Jeremy Irons.
Samuel L. Jackson does an excellent job as Mclane's sidekick. The only fault I can find in this film is that the ending seems to separate itself from the rest of the movie.
