Review of Die Hard (1988) by Aki T — 27 Dec 2014
The greatest of all action movies, and one of the best films of any genre, Die Hard isn't just about the taut simplicity of it's narrative rather more of a whole game-changing revolution of the action movie that still remains the most thrilling, most adrenaline pumping, most nail-biting action film of any kind with the battle between Bruce Willis' everyman action hero John McClane and Alan Rickman's slick and swab action villain Hans Gruber joining the ranks of Batman and the Joker or R.
P. McMurphy and Nurse Ratched as one of the greatest conflicts of Hero and Villain ever put to film.
