Review of Die Another Day (2002) by Matthew L — 29 Dec 2013
The movie starts off on a dark note, with the intro credits showing Bond being tortured and whatnot. However the camp does return along with some bad CGI. One scene in particular is laughably bad involving a makeshift surf board.
The gene technology was also imaginative to say the least, along with the villain's elaborate hideout and secret weapon. However, I was reasonably entertained by the movie and didn't think it was as bad as it was made out to be.
And that's the bottom line, really. It was just weird the way the intro contrasts with the rest of the movie.
