Review of Did You Hear About the Morgans? (2009) by Reem A — 11 Jul 2010

I gave this two stars, because it isn't entirely bad. Hugh Grant was his usual adorable self, who you just want to hug. Sam Elliot and Mary Steenburgen were perfectly cast as the wise cowboy and cowgirl couple, who solve their problems the way you'd expect them to. SJP was the problem. Her character was horribly written, and her acting was non-existent. It was like taking Carrie Bradshaw out of New York and sticking her in Wyoming with a terrible hairdo.

So, although this was fun and entertaining it is filled with cliches that prove nothing but that the writers spent very little time actually thinking things through.
