I expected a lot more from Sarah Jessica Parker and Hugh Grant... but I guess there's only so much they could do with the script that they were given.
I normally find Hugh Grant's characters funny, witty and charming, however in this movie he just came across as... well, desperate. Sarah Jessica Parker usually is annoyingly charming, however in this movie she's just annoying. I thought it would be a cute pairing, but these two actors have no chemistry on screen.
On a positive note: Mary Steenburgen and Sam Elliott stole the movie. They had chemistry and were a convincing gun-toting, horse riding couple. They were funnier and more charming than the stars of this flop.
