Knowing how this was bagged at the box office, I had little expectation. As predicted SJP was very Carrie in her demeanour, which was under whelming. I thought she was so-so which is what I always think about her acting.
Hugh Grant, however, is a different story. He is a good comic actor with exquisite timing and is still as good as ever on the eye. If you take it for what it is, it isn't too bad.
