Whilst this will never go down as Romero's finest Zombie entry he still manages to bring something unique to each imagining of a world over run by the undead. Pool come Fish bowl for the undead being one of the more bizarre.
I have to agree with some of the other reviews that gore doesn't constitute scares and with all of the effects and money that has gone into the "Diary of the Dead" I still get more scares of the "Night of the Living Dead" every time I watch it.
