Review of Diary of a Wimpy Kid: The Long Haul (2017) by Rated R — 04 Sep 2017
The reviews seem a little harsh. It's not supposed to be a deep, thoughtful movie. For young fans of the books, it's a funny movie. My kids laughed all the way through it. The new cast was fine; the new Rodrick totally grew on us after about 5 minutes.
Not sure about the new Rowley, but in any event (and sadly) he was barely in this one.
