Reluctantly better than the first and the second one. Diary of a Wimpy Kid: Dog Days is tweenish, yes, but I found myself laughing out loud throughout the movie. I actually cried at the beginning because I was so excited and have been waiting for this movie for quite some time now.
I almost cried at the end because I was so happy for Greg. Mixing comedy and family entertainment, Dog Days is happily merry and luckily better.
