Review of Diary of a Wimpy Kid (2010) by Jim C — 20 Jun 2011
Diary of a Wimpy Kid is one of the most charming and best family book adaptions ever. Its mainly about the misadventures of Greg heffley (Zachary Gordon) in his first year of middle school. The comedy is great, I laughed at this almost the whole way through mainly because the comedy was charming and fun, I truly got into it.
The story was good, it switched a lot of the adventures to different moments in the movies, such as the Wizard of Oz scene was at the end instead of the middle of the movie. All of the cast was great, but I found Chloe Morets a very dissappointing character who wasnt funny or in the book.
Overall this is one of the most charming films you'll ever see, espically a family movie.
