It was hard to rate this movie since I really don't know what it's based on. Was she having an affair with Fayed? Did the queen kill her because she was pregnant? Or was it just a love story no one knew about? So I decided to be objective.
We'll never know what trully happened. But in the movie, both Watts and Andrews are wonderful. The love story is, I think, more complicated than "Romeo & Juliet" which makes the ending sad.
They portray Diana as a real woman whom I could identify with. I recommend watching it. It's a different point of view.
