Review of Diamonds Are Forever (1971) by Steven M — 27 Oct 2008
For Sean Connery's final film with EON Productions, I wasn't too impressed. I thought this film would act like what Quantum of Solace will do, be a film filled with vengeance in Bond. But no. He begins the film on a war path for Blofeld, kills him and that's the end. And the film only really mentions what happened in OHMSS briefly. I was little disappointed.
But overall, it's an OK Bond film. I found Jill St. John to be a little annoying, yet she reminded me a lot of Alyssa Milano.
