Review of Dial M for Murder (1981) by Stan D — 05 Dec 2012
Ray Milland plots to kill his rich wife, Grace Kelly, when he sees she is having an affair with Robert Cummings. The Scotland Yard inspector John Williams investigates the case. Great subtle understated performances, a gripping and elegant drama, with a clever plot twist.
Directed by the great Alfred Hitchcock, who should have won several oscars, but never got even one.
